Hi there, my name is JaNae!
I’m a multi-disciplinary artist and designer, currently working in interior architecture. I think we need to allow more fluidity and playfulness into our lives, and I explore various mediums, media, and techniques to find ways to express that visually. I draw inspiration from nature, the juxtaposition of modern and historic in the built environment, and the use of art and joy as a form of social resistance.
When I’m not working, I’m usually out and about playing with my high energy dog and my chatty cat; they are constantly reminding me to just have fun.
